After completing cosmetic and restorative treatment yesterday afternoon on a lovely lady (B.J.) she handed us a typed letter to let patients and potential patients read to show how satisfied she was with her Dr. Dubin’s work. She was beaming as she handed us the beautiful note that she took the time out of her busy weekend (06/21/08) to write. We would like to share it with you now.

“Dr. Dubin, I would like to take this time to thank you and your staff for the excellent services your provide and care that I receive in your office. There are no words that express how I feel. Just keep up the great work! I look forward to a new beginning with a new and long awaited smile on my face. Dr. Dubin, thank you for giving me back my beautiful smile and making my husband very happy too; I am wearing lipstick again!”

Dr. Dubin at JFK Dental Care works wonders when it comes to Invisalign. Samantha certainly agrees with this statement. She just completed her treatment and had only great things to say about our fantastic dentist, Dr. Dubin. “I received great care from both, [staff and Dr. Dubin]! I like that people knew my name and why I was here. I wasn’t just a patient with a number and treatment to do. Our goal at JFK Dental is to provide each patient in Philadelphia and the tri-state area with excellent care. Dr. Dubin strives to provide each patient with the best quality care and service. Our last improvement for you – The office. Spring/Summer cleaning commenced on Friday, June 13, 2008. We cleaned everything from top to bottom; drawers, cabinets, floors, we organized products, operatories, materials, etc. in order to better assist each patient with their needs and procedures we provide. We also made these improvements to improve the quality of your visit. We want each of you to feel comfortable in a beautiful, clean, and calming atmosphere. Each of the staff at JFK Dental Care worked together on Friday to make the office sparkle and shine. Dr. Dubin is proud of his staff dedication and commitment to the practice and the overall effort put into making the office a better place for each patient. We look foward to hearing you think about our efforts.

Our patients are getting ready for summer by coming in for their annual check-up and regular preventative care. We have even had visitors from out of state schedule appointments with Dr. Dubin and JFK Dental Care. “They couldn’t have done anything better, and your customer service is excellent!” (E.K. 06/11/08). We are so pleased that each and everyone one of you are taking you oral health seriously. During your recare appointments, our hygienist, Ruth, does an amazing job cleaning your teeth, providing an oral cancer screening (Vizilite), and checking for any restorative treatment needed. She wants to make sure your summer is full of fun and your smiling every day! We are so glad that each of us at JFK Dental Care can make your summer a healthy one.

A lady came in late last week with only a big smile and great words. “I feel so comfortable here I don’t want to leave. Walking into the office [of Dr. Dubin] is like coming to a Hollywood dentist. I feel spoiled each time I’m seen and the staff is fantastic. How many times do you hear good things about dentists? When I’m at JFK Dental Care I forget I’m at the dentist. He is the best dentist I’ve ever seen or been to. Dr. Dubin knows what each patient needs and accommodates those needs.
