After ABC local channel 6 featured Dr. Barry Dubin and JFK Dental Care on a health segment about Snap-on Smile, we received many calls and emails from people who couldn’t wait to find out if this fantastic new dental appliance was right for them. That was way back in December, but surprisingly, we are still getting almost as many calls 2 months later. It was news that resonated with a large population of the public. It just goes to show that lots of people are really unhappy with their teeth – or lack thereof.

Snap-on Smile is a dental appliance that can be worn right over your existing and missing teeth. It is made of a thin plastic material that “snaps” securely on over whatever teeth you have. Dr. Barry Dubin of JFK Dental Care was the subject of a Special Report that aired on the local 11:00 pm news on ABC TV, Channel 6 on Monday night, December, 21, 2009. The report covered one of our patients, Marcella Crawley, getting a Snap-On-Smile, the revolutionary new way to get a beautiful smile without braces or extensive dental work.

A reporter from Channel 6 approached Dr. Dubin back in the summer about this new technique. Abdullah came in a bit afraid to show his teeth. Dr. Dubin commended him for taking the next step to restore his mouth now – finding a dentist who cares about him and his teeth and gums. General Dentistry, preventative maintenance and treating minor decay before it becomes sever, is important to continue JFK Dental Care’s goal for a healthy, beautiful smile in every patient. Dr. Dubin did just that for Abdullah. Abdullah had not been to the dentist in quite some time and did not know what he needed to do. JFK Dental Care got right to work. Dr. Freidman, our implant specialist, made his monthly appearance today in Center City Philadelphia at the JFK Dental Care office. This amazing implant specialist comes to us from California to place implants right here in our Center City Philadelphia office.
